100+ Woman Who Care of the CSRA is a group of women dedicated to our community. The group has one-hour meetings four times a year, and each member writes a $100 check to a charity selected by the group. The combined $10,000 impacts the local area, without time-consuming fundraising events and planning. Our mission is to provide for those in need in the Central Savannah River Area.
This organization is for you if:
- You want to help those in need, but you don’t have time to volunteer.
- You can commit to meeting one hour every three months.
- You want 100% of your donations to support a local charity.
- You want to combine your donation with others to create a powerful impact in the community.
The CSRA chapter of 100+ Women Who Care was founded by Kim Kitts, of Balanced Body Spa, Noel Steinle, of Advanced Chiropractic and Dena Thomas, of Advanced Services.
“The idea is to raise $10,000 or more in one night for a deserving local non-profit. It is important to take care of your community. This is a way to make a really large impact locally.”
100 Women Who Care was formed in 2006 by Karen Dunigan of Jackson, Michigan. Since then, more than 275 chapters, including Men, People and Kids Who Care chapters, have formed across North America. Find out more at www.100womenwhocare.org.
